Orders in progress will not be refunded due to delays.

5. Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
If an order cannot be delivered, a credit refund will be issued to your account balance.
Orders placed with incorrect links or on private accounts are not eligible for refunds.

We do not guarantee that all accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or uploaded content.
You must not upload or promote content that violates social media platform guidelines (e.g., nudity, prohibited material).
Accounts with more than 100,000 existing followers/likes/views are not eligible for refill protection, as losses cannot be accurately tracked.
